| THE DEVIANTS Ptooff! (Rare 1969 UK unboxed Decca label
issue of the debut 1967 8-track stereo LP, originally a private
pressing. Ptooff is an explosive mix of proto-punk noise &
heavy acid rock led by wild child Mick Farren [a British
answer to MC5], & a great example of the deliciously darker
end of the sixties underground. The front laminated sleeve
sports some stunning pop art style artwork by 'Kipps' & album
notes by John Peel, revealing only light signs of its age. The
vinyl is super clean minimal signs of wear. Highly
recommended! SKL-R4993)
