The songs on Gabrielle's second studio album, Light Up The
Dark, bristle with energy, and crackle with atmosphere and
swagger. These are songs with attitude and ideas, written
from the head and the heart, bound for the soul; including the
singles Sweet Nothing and the title track. One of the two lyric
printed inners has some unfortunate seam splits however, we
haveremoved both discs from their inners to stop further

albums ever made by anybody & certainly one of the most
important of the early seventies. Housed in a matt gatefold
picture sleeve. This copy is complete with the
extremely rare double-sided fold-out lyric poster that is much
harder to find than the album itself. The sleeve shows minimal
signs of wear. The large poster is folded& remains unused.
The vinyl has justthe lighest of surface scuffs and a little
spindle wear. An excellent copy of this Essential album)
