A FEW OF THE MOST RECENT ITEMS WE WANT...

THE JIMI HENDRIX EXPERIENCE Axis: Bold As Love (Rare 1967 UK first issue 13-track MONO LP, complete with incredibly rare lyric/poster insert, front laminated internal flipback gatefold picture sleeve. The vinyl is in fantastic conditionwith no audible scratches or marks & plays beautifully - a fantastic collectable in amazing condition!)
See 'More Info' for further details ...
#Top 500 Greatest Albums Of All Time

Tracklisting: Both mono and stereo mixes of Jimi's first two albums were made by Jimi, Chas Chandler, and Eddie Kramer at Olympic Studios in 1967. Final stereo mixing for the album was done on October 31, 1967 and November 1, 1967. Chandler and Kramer completed a mono mix of the album on November 2, 1967. There are noticable differences between the two mixes that make this MONO version extremely special to collectors : EXP is shorter without the extended feedback at the end and the vocals are louder. Castles Made of Sand features a different vocal performance. One Rainy Wish has a slightly different ending. There are other subtle differences too across the entire album as a result of the separate mixing to mono as opposed to merely combining the stereo tracks. Condition: The vinyl is in amazing condition with just a couple of very faint paper hairlines visible under strong light with the labels displaying only very faint spindle wear. It is incorrect to describe this copy as 'Mint' as it has been played, but it's not far from it. You'd need a time machine or a sealed copy to find anything else as close as this. The fully laminated gatefold picture sleeve is nothing short of stunning. The colours are deep and rich and the laminate is fantastic with just a small amount of rippling in places. The spine is undamaged and internal flipbacks secure. The sleeve displays no edgwear/scuffing etc - it's shiny and 'new' looking. The fold-out lyric/poster insert is bright orange with a white image of the band in the centre surrounded by the lyrics printed in red. It has a tiny amount of creasing [very minimal] with no rips, tears, creases, pinholes or fading - a stunning example. Copies of this album in this sort of condition are becoming increasingly hard to find. This is a fantastic one owner complete copy of the rare 1967 mono original with no need to ever worry about upgrading. There may be other copies out there but highly unlikely they will not be any better than this one. A real gem! Tracklisting : 01. EXP 02. Up From The Skies 03. Spanish Castle Magic 04. Wait Until Tomorrow 05. Ain't No Telling 06. Little Wing 07. If 6 Was 9 08. You got Me Floating 09. Castles Made Of Sand 10. She's So Fine 11. One Rainy Wish 12. Little Miss Lover 13. Bold As Love
BOB DYLAN Desire (1982 pressing US Columbia 'SQ Quadraphonic' gold label 9-track vinyl LP [fully compatible with conventional stereo systems], picture sleeve with original inner. The sleeve shows some light shelfwear, but has no splits and clearly legible spine print; the vinyl looks barely played, retaining a beautiful lustre - a great copy! PCQ33893)
